L The company will accept no liability under this guarantee where engines fail as a result of criminal or malicious damage, negligence, fire or theft. M We reserve the right to make our own investigations of any claims made under this guarantee. P Engine oil changes – Some engines require priming before starting. There are set procedures that must be used. A faulty auto box can pump foreign bodies/ contamination into the torque converter and if this is not replaced at the same time as the auto box, will then contaminate & damage the replacement gearbox. A PART IS MISSING UPON ARRIVAL. A If an item is listed on the included invoice but is not present when received, please check that the packaging hasnt been damaged in transit & that the item has not fallen out. Inform us of any missing parts immediately upon receipt of your order. B For some orders, we may need to send the parts separately via different couriers (due to size / weight restrictions). We will try our best to notify you beforehand however please bare this in mind when receiving your order. We will then conduct an investigation and respond as soon as possible. D If the item has been sent but subsequently lost in transit, we will try to supply you with a suitable replacement within a reasonable time-frame.
